2011 Volvo VNL 780 Refurbish Project: Part II

Continuation on Part II of this project.


The following things have been done to this project so far:


5th Wheel remapped

I had made a base for the airlines

I had replaced the visor and mirrors on my hood, and Keith made a lining for the hole he cut for the urea dispence for the skirts.

I had replaced the seat base with the real life seat base from one of Matt’s Navistars

By looking at the Volvo VN actual catwalk, I had edited it again.

By taking photos of the Cummins SCR on the Volvo VN and looking at brochures, I decided to make one for Row’s Engine.

My Project is finally finished.


I decided to make paints for my truck with MS Paint using Navy Blue, Dark Purple, Beige, and Blue.

I received help from Keith of the urea tank. I also used the cap from 50 Keda’s DAF to simulate the urea cap.

I replaced my upper side extenders and CB antennas I used from Mark’s Volvo VN770.

I changed the hood mirrors to the z3d mirrors masterchief left on his T660 z3d.

I decided to go horizontal exhaust with my SCR.
